By using this website you agree to these terms. Where a written quotation, order confirmation or sales contract from us says something different, that document applies to that order.
The information on this website is provided to help you choose and use our equipment. We work to keep it accurate, but specifications, configurations and availability can change, and illustrations may differ from the machine you receive. The configuration and figures that apply to your machine are those confirmed in your quotation.
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or automated enquiries through its forms.
More detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Inspect the crate before you sign for it. If anything is marked or damaged, photograph it, write it on the carrier’s paperwork before signing, and report it to the carrier within 3 days of delivery. Please also send us the machine’s serial number and photographs so we can match it to the record of what left our workshop.
On-site installation can be arranged in every country and region, for every model. On-site installation and in-person training are quoted with the order unless your quotation states that they are included. Remote technical support by email and video call is available for the equipment we supply.
The warranty period and what it covers for your machine are those stated in your quotation or order confirmation. To make a warranty claim, contact us with the serial number and a description or photographs of the fault.
The text, images, graphics and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or using our products, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our liability in connection with an order is limited as set out in the quotation, order confirmation or sales contract for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
How we handle personal data, including your rights under the GDPR, is described in our Privacy Policy.
The law and the forum that govern an order are those stated in the quotation, order confirmation or sales contract for that order. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies to your use of the website from that date; an order you have already placed remains governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed.
